About using the My Entertainment Card Certificates

The My Entertainment Card Certificates

The individual will have full access to all of the benefits of the My Entertainment Card. There are no additional cost to them to use the Certificate program. They simply go to the website, register their account and get immediate access to all of the benefits until they reach the certificate limit or 12 months from activation (which ever comes first).

About using the Vacation and VIP Certificates

Vacation and VIP Tickets - Option 1

You only pay for the Certificates and the individual  is only responsible for paying the taxes and fees (in some cases there is a n activation fee).  This is still a great gift for someone to get free room accommadtation for  8 Days at their choice of 1,000s of resort destinations around the word. One and two bedroom resort accommadations with kitchens with a value of possibly $200 to $400 or more a night for maybe $280 in taxes and fees. 

Vacation and VIP Tickets - Option 2

You can decide possibly based on the size of your commission to offer to reimburse the individual for the taxes and fees (and possibly activation fee) on the Vacation or VIP tickets AFTER they use it. 

Unlike other progrmas that make you pay for the whole vacation upfront and waste money if the people don't go, but the company makes 100% profit (because they had no expenses). If the people don't go, you don't have to reimburse them.  You still presented the image of giving them a very impressive and expensive gift for the cost of a simple certificate.


To reimburse them simply tell them to come into your office (so you see them again) and bring in confirmation of their vacation or tickets and you will reimburse them.  You should make it clear in writing that you are only agreeing to reimburse for the taxes and fees described on the certificate and nothing above that (in case they decide to upgrade their trip).
